M.R.S. Kris Allen wants to be a Star

May 20, 2009

She’s been spending a lot of time in Hollywood, so hey, why not get head shots?

And then her and the photographer at pasta or something.

Guess they became friends after he was holding up a Kripples 4 Kris sign or something. Perhaps she does have a sense of humor? Who knows. The jury may still be out on that one. Let’s just hope she stayed away from the other blank-eyed wife-unit in the Nokia Theater tonight.

I have to disagree on the Legends of the Fall blast. Watching Julia Ormond go for the oscar in every scene she is in is phenomenal. The other wierd thing about that movie is that I know more guys that loveathe movie than girls. It is hard to explain. Perhaps it is the Tristan f-it all move of sailing around the world to kill everything that moves saga, but I would say it has more to do with the dynamic of the brothers (although A River Runs Through it is a far better example and a better movie as well). Sorry I haven’t commented much over the last few weeks. I’ve been reading them all.

A River Runs Through It is superior in every way.

Julia Ormond blows. Which is why the best part of the film is when she literally blows her brains out.

But I still hold some love for it b/c it has the best line ever: Helena was a bustling metropolis.

Doesn’t it seem rather strange that out of a population of 2.8m that Arkansas posted 38m votes? That’s 10 votes for every man, woman and child in the state!

She’s a bigger famewhore than Mandy Mayhall, Jestro’s plain girlfriend! At least Katy is actually getting things done! All Mandy’s done is make herself a Twitter and have her tards flock to it like flies.

Headshots? What’s next? I can’t wait to see what Katy’s gonna do next. Kris had better become successful ’cause mama needs a new pair of shoes!

The pasta at the Bossa Nova is more interesting to me. Yummy! Love that place!

And here I thought she has a real job – but no, she is just another Hollywood wannabe. But she better lay off all that fattening food if she wants to go for it.

I had always assumed she was an elementary school teacher.

      Someone must have rich parents.

Speaking of… Kris’s occupation is listed as “college student”. So how could he afford to get married ? Unless him and Mrs. moved into his parents’ basement…. Yeah, I vote for rich parents too.

They showed a photo of their apartment once. I know rent must be cheap in Conway and people clean up on wedding gifts, but this place was insane.

Damn. I thought I had a photo of it, but I remember it and it was way too nice for young married college kids. Exposed brick, that sort of thing.

I do have a photo from his family’s house, though, and they did show the exterior on TV. First off, it looks as if they still use dial-up (I kid, I kid). And the place wasn’t “that big” on TV, so…I’m betting M.R.S. came with a hefty dowry.

Ah, so if the wife of the show’s humble country bumpkin missionary good guy is a fame whore, what does that make him?

this is logical, but you’re just fanning the fanfic flames, aren’t you? It’s odd that my mind went there first…
